Dom Weldon

Since launching Albany Peak in 2021, Dom has worked with senior leadership teams across the finance, construction, education and sports sectors.

Prior to starting the business, he worked in sales and relationship management at Citi, and product strategy at BlackRock. His first career was as a Royal Marines Commando Officer, where he served for 9 years leading diverse teams within larger organisations around the world including operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Although the context and stakeholders have differed considerably across his professional career, the golden thread throughout has been the need to gain strategic clarity, build and lead teams, and execute effectively while remaining agile in dynamic and challenging environments.

He lives in Teddington with his wife Charlotte and dog Otis.
