Jane is an accredited Executive Coach and People Strategy Advisor with over 25 years' commercial experience as COO and HRD, and has been working with C-suite and senior executives to enable them to drive and achieve strategic business and personal ambition.

Her particular focus is to build unique relationships with clients, allowing individuals and teams to create clarity, recognise their potential, make positive changes, achieve their goals and what is important to them to thrive as business leaders, effective teams, and individuals.
